1. Weed out the losers. You know all the signs, both good and bad so you’re better able to assess if your next mate will be a good husband!
2. No wasting time. You are not kidding yourself anymore that this might work if you just give it one more shot. Experience has made you a realist.
3. No desperation. You know that you can recover from heartbreak and that he is NOT the last man on earth. You also know that it is better to be alone and happy than in a crappy relationship.
4. Your stock is high. You have already been picked. Men register this in their minds whether it be consciously or sub-consciously - as you’ve at least tried and someone has accepted you before.
5. Realistic expectations. Men love this, because they don’t feel the pressure to be perfect. They know that you’ve seen a man in his underwear - back hair, and all. :)
